Kareem King – Brush High School valedictorian accepted to 20 colleges, receives scholarship to Harvard

Young Scientist Foundation alum, Kareem King, who worked in the DiFeo Lab at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio has been accepted to Harvard University on a full academic scholarship.

Kareem was valedictorian of his school with a 4.6 grade point average, played violin for the school’s orchestra, is a varsity football player, and a member of the National Honor Society. He plans to pursue a career in medicine and will be working on a combined MD/PhD program, specializing in biomedical research.
