Analisa DiFeo served as Sparks Speaker at the Annual Conference for Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) at St. Louis

Analisa DiFeo, Vice President of the Young Scientist Foundation and Norma C. and Albert I. Geller Professor of Ovarian Cancer Research the Division of General Medical Sciences at Case Western Reserve University, served as a Sparks Speaker at the Annual Conference for Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) at St. Louis.

Dr. DiFeo delivered an energizing and thought-provoking speech in front of more than 850 senior administrators and executives on the importance of curiosity and passion for forging an individual career path and building dynamic collaborative relationships that trigger and propel prominent clinical and biomedical research. Dr. DiFeo highlighted her involvement with the Young Scientist Foundation scholars and spoke about her work with Olga Kovalenko. Olga, a Case Western Reserve University medical student and YSF scholar, is currently on her way to realizing her passion to become an OBGYN physician largely because of her work in Dr. DiFeo’s laboratory. Dr. DiFeo emphasized the importance of sharing one’s career passion with the young generation and guiding them to realize their potential.

The HBA is a global nonprofit organization serving a community of nearly 50,000 women and men in leading life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical and supporting companies. The organization has nearly 120 corporate partners and nearly 8,000 members served by more than 20 chapters and affiliates across the United States and Europe.
